This activity consists of an integral evaluation of the sensitive aspects of a specific property and the proposed project to be developed in it, to establish the potential and limitations for development from the technical and legal environmental point of view. Also, the Due Diligence will help to establish the best option to develop a project in the property under study, from the technical and environmental point of view, availability of public services and infrastructure.
