Brisas de Tivives Environmental Master Plan. 2005

Client: Lake Hill – Costa Rica

The development includes a series of residential components (multifamily units, single family units), hotels, golf course, marina and green areas. The objective of the study was to generate the environmental and urban development guidelines for the project. It included an environmental and social diagnosis of the property of 180 hectares and the surroundings.
