Caribbean Coast Land Use Plan. 2002

Client: Instituto Costarricense de Turismo – Costa Rica

There was elaborated for the Government the survey of all the information and the preliminary proposal of land uses of the coastal Caribbean sector of Costa Rica, with a front to the littoral of 210 kilometers. The work allowed the Government to rely on an instrument of control and planning of the tourist development in this zone.
