Client: Catalina Cove – Costa Rica

A property with approximately 75 hectares and located nearby the International Airport of Liberia, an area of constant growth, is a scenery in which DEPPAT brings complex services of planning and development for the client. Services provided included due diligence, master plan, environmental planning with the advice for developing of different components such as: hotels, bed and breakfast, commercial center, and medical center, among others.
